Bowman Builders is a family owned and operated company proudly building communities, custom homes and multi-family condominiums in Cape May County, New Jersey for over 50 years. Jack and Bud Bowman share a vision of quality construction, distinctive designs, and satisfied customers that is reflected in all of their projects.

Bowman Builders is currently building a variety of custom homes featuring distinctive Acorn designs.  These spectacular homes are being built on one-acre lots in lovely new neighborhoods located in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, convenient to golf, shopping and seaside attractions. New homes are completed and become available for sale on a regular basis.

Our sales office and model home is in Cape May Court House, near the two new neighborhoods we currently are developing.
